Last night's BFGW did at least address some of the racism problems.

There was also a good balanced segment on yesterday's Jeremy Vine show on Radio 2.

Unlucky with the red

I was thinking about getting one of these LINK
Do you think it might be too intrusive?

No. They work really well, if you can get the birds to deicide that they like the box in the first place.

I say go for it. You need a bit of patience and luck, but the rewards are more than worth the effort.

So many excellent nature / natural history programmes on lately. I have a backlog.

That'll explain the red day.

Amazing put down in the comments;

Yeah - I hear that worked really well for them in Europe during the 1930s-1940s.

"....I knew I was due a red day but it still pisses me off.  I've been such a good boy......"

Tom, ignore the "red days". If you examine the "graph" since Day one, you appear to have a red day every 5 days on average.

Could be scale variance, or just the metabolism working it's mysterious magic, but the overall result is what matters, & you would have bitten someone's hand off (& eaten it, probably) if someone had suggested you could lose a stone & a half so quickly.

Proper dieting that, done the proper way.

The "Diet Industry" with it's books, health clubs, videos, potions & assorted mumbo-jumbo is as mysteriously successful commercially as bottled water. Who'd have thought?

Aldi have some on offer (limited time, once they're out they don't restock) and they're half that price (I think).
