There are times when I feel very sorry for MRS RED  Not sure I agree with that, Mr Taxi. I'm assuming you have never met - or HEARD - Mrs Red. I see some one's cruising for a bruising.......  You'd pity him if you saw the cut of his scarf today. Shocking. |

Have you been messing about with filters or does he really have some grey/blue on his back?

No, those are his colours Ralph. There's a little band of that grey/blue which separates the brown on his back from the red on his breast. You can see it here in this image from google.  |

Removal of the ivy made me realise why I'd left it! The brickwork is not aesthetically pleasing! Garden centre next weekend I think

A couple of questions for you Tom. A while ago you were looking for a reasonable place to buy turf. Where did you end up getting it?
Also - any clue where's the best place to rent a rototiller/cultivator thingy?
A landscaper gave us a price for doing the back garden last week. He's hoping we'll fund his drug habit. Only explanation for the insane price he quoted. Imma do it meself now.
