Yeah it's a patio heater lol. They work really well directing the heat down. Same as the heaters in the smoking areas like Dtd Tom. They are high up also. Not that I smoke but I find it's one of the safest places at Dtd to get away from bad beat stories because most of the folks are too busy puffing away to talk about bad beats.

What a table I had tonight. Pete bandit Evans and Jac Arama. Half expected Aces Trumper to late reg and join us

I bet Jac limped into 90% of the pots!
You should have put this in Tips for Tikay. You get paid out lol

The price would have been 1/20.

You would have spent hours in here, Tom.

It was a little "boat-menders" lock-up, by the Thames, at Richmond.

The Horseley Co, London and Tipton.
As Tipton is in the Black Country the name intrigued me and after a bit of digging I came up with this:

and this

The company almost lasted 200 years before finally shutting the doors in 1992. They were responsible for building one of the first steam powered iron ships.

So yesterday, I went to the pub with my son-in-law and about 20 of the lads to watch the football.

None of them were football fans as such, but about half of them had backed United to win the league and the other half had backed City. One chap stood to lose £2k if Man U won, or win k10 if city won. It was a great atmo, the rivalry and the rubdowns were hilarious.

Someone got the first round in and I had a pint of larger. this was on the strict understanding that it to be my only drink of the day.

When City scored I confidently informed everyone that that would be the only goal of the match. This statement was greeted with much derision, including included swear words, raspberry sounds and rude hand gestures.

Then some bright spark challenged me to drink another pint of larger and a shot of whiskey for every subsequent goal scored. I agreed. I mean, what was the worst that could happen?

About an hour later, the bloke who stood to win £10k had jumped into the duck pond.  I meanwhile was returned to the bosom of my family in a very jolly state.

As I regaled them with tales of my adventure, I inadvertently ploughed my way through a very large roast dinner and about a gallon of creamed rice pudding.

My Monday weigh in has now been been deferred to Wednesday.

Remind me of the other site/method you told me about, please Tom, so I can display them for your, well, pleasure.

Rod Paradise said they were fantastic.

Just follow the instructions. You have to open an account but it's even easier (And safer) than tinypic.

No typing in authentication codes.
