That skiing down the bumpy snow. ("Moguls" or summat they're called) Now that's daft.
Was watching this in the early hours and thought the same, must really do the ankles and knees in. I quite like the freestyle jump stuff, some awesome stunts these guys and gals pull off.
My youngest used to do it here at Hillend, frightened the life out of me and the missus when we used to go support him in competitions. I'll see if I can remember how to use the pic editor end resize a couple of pics Tom.

Mr Red Dog.
To make your back better may i suggest the following exercise- it will not instantly cure it but it will aid its recovery now and sort it out long term. Lie on your back on the floor and bring both knees up to your chest as far as possible and hold them there with your arms. Then you need to roll backwards and forwards along your spine for a minute. Repeat the exercise at least 4 times a day whilst the back is bad and then every week when it is fixed.
Unfortunately for Mr Tikay i only know how to fix backs, ankles and A/C joints, in other words all the bits i damaged playing rugby, and know nothing about bad knees!
Had a bit of a go, it gi' me some 'umpty tbh.
I assume it has to get worse before it gets better?

According to the 40 or so witnesses, I got a 10 out of 10 for the style of fall.
While recovering you should rotate your ankle to stretch the ligament so it doesn't heal scared.
You should also try and stand on one foot (the bad) for a few minutes at a time several times a day when you can to rebuild the balance sensor type things.
I only partially tore my ankle ligaments though...

I've heard that skiing down those moguls cures a bad back, well kills it or cures it...

Ice dancing. Aren't the girls gorgeous?
My heart's in my mouth watching. I feel dreadful when they fall. All that practice.....
Reminds me of this game -
Figure Skating Game
It's very good, but quite hard

my grandma bought me it ages ago and she also knows the ringtons man that delivers tea to her sheltered accommodation, she is going to treat me to some ringtons tea. she said the bloke is really popular with all the old dears but he always gives her a little discount because he fancies her! she is 88! lol
