Ma'am yes Ma'am. lol. just tried on my dads simlar uniform for me today. i always remember him as a mountain of a man but obv i am a everest compared to him. can just about squeeze into no.2 dress jacket tho |

I drove through Appleby today Tom and realised that the Horse Fair is next week. As I am going to be staying at my parents fairly close by and wondered to what extent there are things of interest to non Gypsies such as myself that have an interest in the culture etc? Is it worth a trip or would you not bother?

Difficult for me to be objective, I've never been a non Gypsy.  Seriously though, thousands of gorgers go and enjoy it every year. What have you got to lose? If you don't like it, you can always leave. |

Highlights include:
Removal of old post broken off below ground.
Installation of new galvanised metal post.
Mixing concrete in wheelbarrow.
Hitting leg with crowbar.
