Can I ask where did you get your Niger Seed feeder? There seem so many to choose from.
I got my niger feeder down the market. (They're the ones with the little tiny slits in the sides so that the seed doesn't pour out). Cost about £3. |

THat's been a half hour google to try and find that bird Milligan84 posted. I reckoned it was Australasian but took wrong turns into the pheasant familly. Then checked the link and the name was in it  Interesting bird - lays its eggs on the sides of volcanoes and lets the heat hatch them. I saw Robson Green digging for them on one of his fishing programmes. |
