Africam has been going for a good few years now. I remember staying glued for hours to the pc waiting for movement at the waterhole. I never did see anything but I expect it was all down to bad timing on my part.

Elephant, wildebeest and gazelle on there atm Andrew.

The two best are http://www.africam.com/wildlife/idube_webcam and http://www.africam.com/wildlife/tembe_webcam

In Idube there was a hippo ruling the roost - noising up elephants even - until a couple of days ago when this enormous crocodile appeared.  Not sure who would win a fight between a hippo and a croc, but the hippo has gone anyway.

See Dave, I just never had you down as a wildlife type of guy.

People keep surprising me. Hidden depths and all that. For instance, this week tikay told a joke, and Ironside posted a murmuration video.

Whatever next? Boshi goes to church? Celtic buys dinner?

Have those 3 words ever been placed together in that order before?

Oh yes. They once formed part of this sentence:

"Celtic buys dinner and forgets his change"

Take orders from the wife? Moi? Never!

I take it out while she's away and I don't put it back until I see her car coming down the drive.
