Anti dieting- comes under this heading? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doublespeak

Seasons greetings. Me, I shall be continuing my gluttony with a short game of rugby followed by mince pies and port, swiftly followed by some flagons of ale.

Bliley! Proper bloke stuff that Mr Ican.  You've made me feel totally inadequate.

A phrase is born.

anti-dieting

We can relate to that.

I assume you will be anti anti dieting before Vegas?

Well I most certainly will be anti anti dieting, yes. I'm not entirely sure I shall go to Vegas in '13 though. We shall see.

I trust Mrs Red fed you to bursting point & beyond yesterday?

Yes. She is entirely responsible for the state I'm in. The beyond part was quite disconcerting.

You could always say "no thanks Mrs Red".........

Which, presumably, would be followed by "what is wrong with my cooking?" for the next 16 hours.

Happy Christmas Tom. Hope you've a had a good day with all the family.

I had a great day thank you Andrew.  Played games with the kids and watched period dramas and Christmas special episodes of soaps with the women. (No wonder I'm such a big girl's blouse).

Off out with the dogs now in an attempt to stave off some of the effects of anti dieting.

Hope you and yours are happy and well.

All the best for the new year.

Thanks Tome had a great day but feeling stuffed. Also mixed emotions as I'm currently on a plane to Florida (thin, I know) looking forward to meeting Mickey. But it doesn't feel right that I'm away over the Christmas/New Year.

All the best for the New Year.

Dawn's smashing the smoking cos, in here words 'she's a stubborn bitch'! The dieting was all done and dusted on October 8th and I won that challenge. Dawn's taken the double or quits route so now we have a 10k run coming up in May at Clumber Park. Training starts in the New Year. Until then we're busy anti-dieting.

Anti dieting.  What a great concept.

Clumber park eh? I used to go poaching there back in the day.

If you go there in May, you might find a game bird...

Which ones? Those trying to make some money to feed their families or the ones that create the market by believing that rhino horn has magical properties?

The giraffe battle is amazing. Worth watching for that alone.
