How's this for daft?

I drove off the other day, and half a mile down the road I realised I had forgotten my phone. Already running late, I turned around, drove back home, ran indoors, grabbed my camera and drove away again.

I'll show you mine if you show me yours?

I wish you would quote the post before you reply Jack. People will start to gossip.

But yes, you are right, more or less.

Perhaps the omission of the quotation was deliberate.

Just do it Tom.

Now that I have the response I expected from you, can you anticipate my next post.... ?

Never. You are one of the few here who I can NEVER predict what line you'll take. And I always end up thinking I wish I had said that.

We better stop this mutual admiration stuff, its so off-message.

I'll stop all this nonsense tomorrow.

We get back to basics, the stuff we all enjoy. Bridges, aeroplanes, locomotives, gantries, Robbie Williams, pylons, and concrete. Yeah, lots of hardcore concrete.

Photos, the lot.

Just watching MTV right now, 90's Classics. Incredibly evocative. Chris Issak, what happened to him?

Wicked. Wicked game.

Bugger, typed that on the wrong bloody Diary. The nuances & innuendo will be wasted here, this is the art place. Art, & dogs wearing Old Spice.

Old Spice? I see Jack as more of a Blue Stratos man myself.

I don't think I've ever worn (?) either of those. My dad used to wear Old Spice so I know what that smells like and if I smelt it again I'm sure it would evoke memories of my childhood in the 60s/70s. I've never had a whiff of Blue Stratos as far as I'm aware. I used to be partial to Brut 33 (splash it all over 'enry) in my tyro days.

Yep! Our 'enry. Aided and abetted by Barry Sheene and James Hunt.

Imagine us having World Grand Prix motorcycle champion and Formula One World Champion.

Imagine doth dying tragically young of causes not related to their sport.

Amazing stories.
