What have I done now?
(oh, will give you a call tomorrow about the mower if that's convenient for you)
Yep.
If yer calling to Tom's for a mower, you'd damn well better be calling to ours for the compost bin we've been holding for ya...with over a year FFS!
Anyone want an unused compost bin? Free to a good home.
So you want it to go to waste?
Don't care where it fkn goes once it gets out of our (newly roofed...thank you Honey, Jack xx) shed. We've got one in operation already and it works grand. No need for a second one though. You want it Tom?

FYI, today was flying ant day for the UK.
(It's actually spread over a few days because of regional temperature variation, alarms not going off, hungover queens etc.)
We had fahzands of em here.

We're usually obscenely invaded by them in our house, but I figured out the entry route and kicked their arse last year. Been ant free ever since and expect the same success this summer...even if I have to do rude naked religious rain dances or summat,

FYI and anyone else who might be keen...
This is what we having going unused and free to a good home. Just fill it with uncooked household stuff (veg scraps, grass/garden cuttings, hoover dust, pet hair, cardboard and newspaper) and you've got excellent plant feed for your garden in a year or two. Contrary to popular belief, they don't smell or draw rodents.

Swallowed a good dozen or so of them on Sunday whilst running the 10k race. Good source of protein I believe...

Urgh, horrible things.
At least I have another reason not to run 10k's.

3 Ohio girls were found alive yesterday after being kidnapped 10 years ago. They're safe and with their families now. Meanwhile, the neighbour who helped free them has been doing lots of interviews. The last minute or so of this clip must have been a struggle for the reporter.

It's an amazing story though.
You make a better reporter than a weather girl. Fancy a promotion?
