Cat leashes?
not buying that
This.
Excellent piece spoiled, no, not spoiled, marred, by a WTF analogy.
PS- If this stuff is too highbrow for you gentle reader, pop over to tikay's diary. There's a video of a bloke on there showing you how to mix cement, badly.
He is mixing concrete, not cement.
Tosser.
Carry on with the cat on a lead nonsense.
He's mixing cement, (badly) it won't be concrete until he's mixed it.
Try typing 'Cement mixer' into google images.
Try typing "Concrete Mixer" into google images.
You cannot buy ready mixed cement, you buy ready mixed concrete.
And what do you mix to make concrete?

While rooting in one of my tranklament boxes, I came across this.
I can't for the life of me figure out what it is.
It's spring loaded, and has what appears to be a slide rule at one end, and a small guillotine amidships.
It's for cutting plastic or metal blinds?

You require three components. Cement, aggregate, & water. Cement in itself does not need mixing. Mix cement, & you get cement. Bit pointless, that.
When you bake a cake, you don't mix flour, you add it to the other ingredients & then mix the lot.

I don't know. Doesn't look like it though.
Why would you want to cut them, and why would you want to do it with something like this?

It's for trimming the Venetian blinds down to size if they're too long for your window space. The tool does it nicely so the ends are all the same shape.

A 'blind trimmer' - so to speak, although I wouldn't want to have my hair cut by one of them.
