Here's another eye-opener for you Tom, this is Shirley.

Meh!

Mediocre vocals, predictable lyrics.

Nice skirt though...

Quite a wee character is Shirley......

The sad thing is, that rant will probably make her even more popular. She'll be a 'muthafkin hero'.

Yup.

Or even better, a blonde hero. Proper heroes, them.

She is actually a very bright lass, but I guess drink or drugs got the better of her sometimes. She has probably calmed down, mellowed, now.

Edinburgh girl, & you know how chippy they can be.

According to the BBC News, The average British man is 38 years old.

I knew I was above average,

Also, how can is work, did the men get younger than their wives before they get divorced?

The average age to get married in England and Wales was 30.8 for men and 28.8 for women but the average age for divorce was 36.9 for men and 40.8 for women.

seems like these shallow women divorce their husbands as soon as they pass 35 and begin to lose their looks.

If I wanted to live somewhere else in Europe, say Spain for instance, would it just be a case of moving there and getting on with it, or would there be some rigmarole?

Anywhere within the EU you can just wander over and get on with it.
