Hope you're home and eating your own food asap Tom and make a full recovery.
A mate of mine had a mini-stroke and was diagnosed with heart arrythmia and at the consultation advised not to drive until it stabilised. So next day he was on the phone asking another pal to drive him to the golf course......

Update.
Tom is still in hospital but is unable to post on blonde as the Hospital WiFi blocks "gambling sites".
After he was transferred to Coventry on Friday night/Saturday morning, they got him sorted out quite quickly. As I understand it, they found he had some heart issues so they ballooned & stented him up & now he's in fine fettle, slept like a log last night & feels great this morning.
He just has to have an echothingy now, then, fingers crossed he should be able to go home. He's hoping that'll be today, but medication availability on a Sunday may prevent that.
Once he's back home, I'm sure he'll update you properly.

Good to hear you're on the mend Tom. I had exactly the same, 2 stents and a balloon. The day after I was released Bramley and I were off up to Plockton for some peace and quiet car camping.
Bugger is the meds I'm stuck with daily.

Don't talk to me about tablets. Surely this can't be right.
Thanks for all the good wishes guys. I'm very touched. X

Isn’t it great that we have an NHS that can respond like this.
Yeah, there are snags and snafus sometimes, and the catering can sometimes be less appetising than we’d like but, when it comes to the nitty gritty stuff about taking care of us when we might not have done it delivers.
I’m sure you’ll be back out there on the golf course soon Tom and in the meantime I hope Mrs Red is tending to your every need as you recover.

Silent reader, but always enjoy your life musings. Apart from the Jeeves Diary, yours is number one on here.
Speedy recovery and good luck remembering which tablet to take when. Oh, and try to rest up a bit and take it easy awhile.
