and a finger of "New" praline KitKat.
hellllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. On my trip to Leicester later, as I pass Fosse Park.....I will investigate.
I wouldn't bother tbh, it's Kinder Bueno in disguise... and it beats the KitKat version hands down.

Mind you, when I was in America I went into a store called K-Mart. In there you could but a wedding dress, a motorcycle, and a sub machine gun.
I bought some "Broiled rib of beef". It was on special offer, and somehow, it worked out that if you bought x amount it was say $10 but if you bought twice as much, it only cost $5.
I didn't understand it, but I didn't argue.

You know what I do like about America? Every camp site and picnic area (and there are thousands) has somewere that you can light a fire to cook your food on, go to sleep by, or just sit around telling lies.
Light a fire in this country and they will clap you in irons.

That's what we did nearly every week-end, in our High School years. Out of school at 4:00. Do whatever your parents asked for the next 2 hours...housework, run errands, that kind of thing. By 7:00 everyone was at the designated picnic area. Location changed each week to avoid harassment by the local police. We'd have all the bits required for a chilled out night by a camp fire. Food, drink and friends around a camp fire. Nothing better. Ahhhhhhh the memories.

But you can't shoot people over here, which is kind of pleasant.

A restriction that I think should be lifted for some.

It should be legal to shoot German hippy dwarves if there is a 'y' in the day of the week.

Mrs Red and I went to the Comet Superstore at Rugby today to buy a telly. We found the one we wanted, 549.99 spondolies.
I tried to haggle with the manager, but I might as well have asked him if I could roger his Mrs. He was having none of it. "But!" He said, "If you can find it cheaper elsewhere, we will do a price match"
SWMBO and I retired to a nearby hostelry spent an hour or so getting ourselves on the outside of an excellent lunch. Then I rang Curry's and easily negotiated a 5% price reduction which, after a little gentle persuasion was rounded up to £25. (not to be sneezed at)
Thusly armed, we went back into Comet to request a price-match, and guess what? The no good SOB refused to do it.
"£15 is my best offer" He said, "You're not going to drive to Fosse Park to save a tenner are you?"
"Yes" we replied in unison. And we did.
Regards,
Tom and Muzelley.

What did you get?
Short shrift from the SOB in Comet LOL.
You should have given him a swift kick in the nuts Tom, even better Mrs. Red could have clocked him one with her handbag.

More likely for those to be reversed imo.

What did you get?
A strange looking, odd shaped, unfamiliar, expensive tranklement.
I hate change!
