I remember someone telling me that flamingos are naturally white and it's the shrimp they eat that turn them pink.

Was I levelled?

Nope that's true. Salmon's flesh gets its colour from eating small shrimp as well/

And goldfish go silver if kept in the dark.

I'm suffering from withdrawal symptoms from the lack of ferret fables.

Is punicillin the only cure for fox ache ?

I've been away for a couple of days to attend the funeral of a young Gypsy man who was tragically killed in a car accident. That such a large number of people came to pay their last respects bears testimony to the respect for this young man's family.

It was very poignant for me to see so many faces from my generation. These are the faces of my youth. With them I share a thousand memories, a lifetime's worth of experiences. They are my hero's and my role models. My friends, sometimes my rivals, but always my allies. They are my peers.

Shanny Smith.

RIP.

Firstly I would like to pass on my condolences to the family and friends, but also it must be a great comfort that you have such a community feeling when something like this happens, the support you all seem to give each other is greater than most communitys that live next door to each other 365 days a year.
