At least he's finally found a 'plus side'. Nice to see you're a 'glass half full' kind of guy
Oh yeah..if anyone can sniff out a gass that's still half full, it's Bandit
He sniffs gass? That'd explain a lot.
Crickey..how big a mispell does it have to be before TK can spot it?
..but Yes you're right TK, it would explain a lot

You spelt it correctly, but omitted 20% of the letters. I'm a maths man.

A little like Peter Kay's local takeaway, when you ring and ask if they deliver they say no but we do chicken and fish.

I haven't played on will hill for 2 years after they told me it would cost me £10 to get a list of all my transactions for the previous year. At the time i was probably raking £10 every 30 mins + casino and punting money. I told them i would close my account if they didn't provide it for free.
amazingly they refused to provide it free of charge, i'm still stunned by it, i wasn't even getting rakeback. Must have cost them ££££'s.

Not read the whole thread, but the exact same thing has happened to me twice. (I'm a forgetful bugger). The first time I cycled back to the bookies (3 mins from my house) and they refunded the voucher then at my request issued a new one for a smaller amount within my limit.
The other time I did it, I just set up another account and deposited the voucher to that. Result!
I also like being able to withdraw using QuickCash when I'd made a deposit by bank card. Presumaby it lets me do that because I have both options registered to my account. So the other day I deposited £25 by Visa, spun it up to £460, and got the lot in notes from the bookies the next morning!
Having to pay for your lifetime transaction history totally sucks and is very underhand. They don't want players knowing how much they've lost. It's pretty outrageous. PartyPoker won't let you go back further than three days, but will email you the full record on request. Best on this is Betfred, which lets you view every deposit and withdrawal you've ever made.
On the whole, though, I've found
William
Hill
customer service to be very good, particularly their telephone support. Certainly a whole other world to all the small and dodgy overseas poker sites some people use. I would never play with a site that wasn't UK-based.

No - I have exceeded my daily withdrawal limit on my cash card, thats what stops me going out later.
Go to Tescos, buy a packet of Rizlas and get cashback, imo
