And a pretty lucky double up for Mr Tony Collins too - he shoved from the cutoff with
only for the big blind (whose card tells me is Des Wilson but is most definitely not) to call with
.
Board -

Tim Blake has 41k, and we're on dinner break for an hour. Tim Blake is also on dinner break for an hour. In case that wasn't clear.

Double up for Mr Check Shirt Man here, courtesy of blue-hoodied Donal Norton -
v
Board -
Says Mr Check Shirt Scandie Man, "Soren!"
Says his friend on the rail, "Soren."
Mr Check Shirt Scandie Man, nodding: "Soren."
(Token norkage left in.)

But just a few hands later, and Check Shirt Scandie Man is OUT -
up against the
of Purple Shirt Flushy-A-Like.
Board -
(at this point Check Shirt Scandie Man is looking pleased with himself, but Purple Shirt Flushy-A-Like is pointing ominously towards the
in his hand - although ultimately it is not the Club that will be important because)

Also OUT is Carmel Dunne, in the cruellest of circumstances. All in preflop, caller Nick Goodall flips over
. "Jacks?" asks someone at the table, but Carmel turns over the mighty
.
Flop -
and someone says "He's drawing dead."
And no sooner said than bokked -
Turn -
River -
Poor old Carmel.

Chip counts etc.
Sorel Mizzi on 120k+. He's sharing a table with Dan Bolton, on just under 50k. Note Sinbad spying on Sorel.
Hat Of The Day Now That Doyle Has Busted, Mr Greig Crawford - just 16k
Sharing a table, Messrs John Conroy (60k) and Thomas Fougeron (40k)
Sharing a different table, Messrs Level 13 Rumit (110k) and Soren Jensen (60k)

On the feature table, Collette Murphy just pushed her shortstack in for the umpteenth time (well about 5th) and AT LAST someone found a hand to call her...Padraig Parkinson calling with A-Q, which was obviously good against her range, and in fact her specific hand... T-J.
The flop came Q-5-K to give hope to both players but a
turn and
river failed to provide Collette with her required straight, meaning Parkinson adds to his bulging stack and the tournament becomes a smurf-free zone.
Good game Collette.

Conor Tate has knocked out Visor Man Dan Alspach on the TV table, calling him with A-J, Dan holding Pocket Eights.
Board - Q-A-4-9-4
By the way as I was typing that up, Junglecat starting laughing hysterically at me. Apparently he was sort of squinting at my screen, and where I had written "Conor Tate has knocked out Visor Man Dan Alspach", he thought I had written "Conor 'Take my knickers out' something something". Do you see the damage you have done with your constant norkage demands? He's ruined!

Explosive Action!!
John Kabbaj sits down and raises to 5.5k the first hand he plays. two seats down the line, Sorrel Mizzi re-raises to 16.2k. Passed back to Kabbaj who thinks for a minute and then says, "Raise," he puts out the 30k, but no sooner has he done that then Sorrel has announced all-in. Kabbaj shrugs his shoulders and says, "Call." He turns over
. Sorrel shows
They count down Kabbaj's chips and he has 79.6k before the hand, so now he's over 160k and vying with Pete Linton for the chip lead. Sorrel knocked down to betweem 40k and 50k.
(Note poor old James Honeybone upset at the sheer sickness of it all. Or maybe he's just tired.)

count on Abel Meijberg? the purple shirt guy from JJ hand not too long ago
Either around 120k or 135k, depending on the denomination of the one stack in the middle of his group of stacks that I can't see. Plenty, anyway.

Nick Goodall just won UBER -POT versus Daniel Bolton.
Holding J-J, he called for most of his stack, and was rewarded to find he wasn't dominated but marginally ahead of Dan's A-Q...
A
board ensued and Dan Bolton's unsuccessful flip attempts mean he joins the rail, and Nick Goodhall...
knocks out Dan Bolton...
and wins LOADSA CHIPS...mmmmmmmm!!!
