Hello everybody...

PokerStars Game #16348511729:  Hold'em No Limit ($0.02/$0.05) - 2008/03/29 - 21:12:39 (ET)
Table 'Porthan IV' 6-max Seat #5 is the button
Seat 1: julienfetus ($10.96 in chips)
Seat 2: Junior1910 ($4.18 in chips)
Seat 3: ArjenA ($10.60 in chips)
Seat 4: Balandis82 ($13.37 in chips)
Seat 5: MSU221 ($1.16 in chips)
Seat 6: KeKo85 ($2.39 in chips)
KeKo85: posts small blind $0.02
julienfetus: posts big blind $0.05
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to julienfetus [ ]
Junior1910: calls $0.05
ArjenA: folds
Balandis82: folds
MSU221: raises $0.10 to $0.15
KeKo85: calls $0.13
julienfetus: calls $0.10 (I go almost always to see a flop with Ax suited because it can draw the nut flush... - good implied IMO)
Junior1910: calls $0.10
*** FLOP *** [ ]
KeKo85: checks
julienfetus: bets $0.45
Junior1910: raises $3.58 to $4.03 and is all-in
MSU221: folds
KeKo85: folds

I played 3 table at the same time so I've no information about the villain...
What do you do here ?

er, call very quickly

standard reply to these jpean..if he has A10 or a set then bad luck. His range includes far more hands that you beat than you don't

ok,it's what I've done...

unfortunately, he had AQ and hit his Queen...

But I put that hand here because I begin to think that Top and a so lower bottom pair is a very dangerous hand... The Ten was one of his outs too, and the Turn/river can pair what beat me too ; adding that with the little range who beat me now, I wondered if paying here was correct...

yes it can easily be overtaken, two pairs. Dangerous hand. Always play them fast. Here you got all your money in post flop ahead, unlucky

p.s Ace rag...suited or not......I bet you lose more with the hand than you win with it? try keeping track of how it performs for you and how the +/- works when you flop the Ace, or the flush draw or even two pair

bet you lose with it more than you win with it..so negative implied odds > implied odds. In my experience.

First, I only call with it if the villain's stack is more than 10-12 times or more how I have to pay to see the flop... Otherwise, or if someone re-raise, I don't. Secondly, I never call a bet for the Top pair Ace kicker rag... I only pay the see my flush draw...

But you're right, maybe that the number of bets I have to call to see my nuts is superior to the profit I make with it... I have to see...

I don't think that event comes so often that he changes something, but yesterday I have lost a very big stack (2 times the max start stack) with Nut (A rag) flush vs straight flush
