Just to prove that not all members of your update team have cowardice blood running through their veins and can only muster shots of norkage as it passes by, unaware that the camera is on them, may I present to you two of the lovely valets here at DTD. Whilst the first was most compliant, the second rather timid but equally voluptuous lass was more of a challenge and only cooperated when I said, "How about if I took the picture with tikay?" She, for some unknown reason, jumped at the chance, leaving tikay with a Cheshire grin as wide a five lane motorway, wondering eyes that couldn't escape the gaze of the camera and a glint in his eye as he claimed, "It's because I'm famous." Sigh.

Yes yes, sorry, Mario had 99, meant to say that...
Players are back from a short break now.
A couple of players who just before the break had not really moved from their starting stacks:

he is obviously trying to read her badge. He does have a history of this although I'm not certain why he would need to check dena for a badge???

The lovely valet below rushed over complaining that I had posted a picture of her with which she was most displeased (my sneaky voyeuristic style of photography does not always flatter, I will readily admit). So apologies, and please enjoy this much better photo:

As I trundled past tikay's table, I knew there was something familiar about the set up, and then it struck me.
DTD 2008...
Cardiff 2006...
For those that have their wits about them, you may recall that the latter of those images was once a caption comp, and somehow I think AndrewT's winning entry of "Two hours into a classic Tikay anecdote and Lawrence's soul finally leaves his body" still applies two years on.

Btw Mr Simon Trumper was reading the updates and took pity on my total incomprehension of DTD's actually very ingenious table-numbering system. The tables are numerically arranged in rows, from the front of the room to the back, which gives us the first digit of the table number, and the second digit is determined by counting along the row from left to right. Apparently they previously had letters of the alphabet for the rows, but the little handheld computer malarkeys that the valets are using don't have any letters on, so they arrived at this system. Still confused? He most helpfully drew me a little plan of the room to illustrate:

"That Kev sure likes to talk," reports Ralph 'karabiner' Shalson speaking of neighbour and former Gala regular Kevin Lund. "I put on my head phones to concentrate, and he just moved closer."
But judging by the chip counts, Kev has good reason to feel talkative, as he's riding high with a near 20k stack. Karabiner, meanwhile, has just this second departed, raising to 800 with A-Q, being re-raised to 2,700 by a limper before calling and pushing all-in on the raggy Flop. His opponent inevitably called and showed Aces. "I stopped and go into Aces," he concluded with a grimace.

So it's the same as a hotel, if you imagine each row is a different floor.

Close, he's nearer 85 and sometimes wears a pinstripe jacket these days, picked up with the proceeds from his latest Tuesday night cash.
News of the noisy Dominic Kay if it's going too please?
