Carlos Holmes is OUT. Pushing from the small blind into Laurance Houghton's in the big blind.

Marc Goodwin knocked out Mal Dawson with A-K vs K-Q.

Soon after though, Marc gave a lot of chips over to Laurance, these two have been sparring quite a bit all day, Marc betting 40k on the river of a Two Clubs board and Laurance beating him into a pot with . Marc only able to show .

But then Laurance lost a lot of chips, calling Paul Lammas' all-in bet quickly, as you would with , in fine shap against . The board came , putting Paul over 200k now.

Nik Persaud has knocked out JJ Hazan in 13th, raising with and calling the push.

Two Diamonds

"Please put up a picture of Steve Ovett and say I race as good as him," pleads Nik.

Done and done.

Play is now finishing for the day as Kev has one more exit...

Tahir "Maldini32" Akran.. is OUT 12th.

He was knocked out by the lad who runs better than the bionic lovechild of Ben Johnson and Linford Christie PETE LINTON

Petes  made a straight on the river to beat Maldini32's

thats it for the day ... 11 runners will be back tomorrow, desperate to make that coveted GUKPT final table.

2 are going to be disappointed.

Hope you have enjoyed the updates, if you have I am in charge and all thanks and monies should be passed in my direction... If you havent, the Floppy is responsible, feel free to abuse him.

We are now off to the 24 hour Spar shop to witness the dregs of society in their natural habitat... see ya xxx

Maurice "the girthmeister" Mccarthy could stiff you in that last longer bet kev, sneeky feeling hes gonna win this.

shared a table with this guy last night. Top quality bloke. his mate who plays for blackpool fc and maurice have bought a horse but his mate niked my mates girlfreind and we had a bit of bantor. He made a sick shove on me in one hand. Hope he does well but he made one or two real reckless plays and got away with them. Gl to him anyways

A fight has broken out in the bar apparently. I didn't see much but Karl Mahrenholz said, "I saw one bloke with blood on his hands, and another with blood on his face, they may have been connected."

Cue sudden interest from every single player and railbird around the tournament area getting interested in the ruckus. Obviously none of them come to Manchester much. Roll Eyes

lmao at nik on the chair
