errr u do know they banned several players for account swapping? Mizzi and SlippyJacks didnt get banned fwiw. And i believe you are allowed to let some one take over your account under certain circumstances: internet going down, having to go out to do something etc. LeKnave = shitting himself that Flushy will get banned as the joke was his brainchild. LOL at clearing self of any blame, and blaming mate just in case.........  |

The User must provide full and truthful information in respect of all details and information provided by the User to PokerStars and the User is obligated to update such details in the event of any change thereto. A User may only have one account with PokerStars and shall only use the Service using such single account. Furthermore a User shall not permit another person to use the Service via his account.
I draw your attention to the last line in the paragraph. We at PokerStars consider the integrity of our poker room our main priority, as such we have confiscated your funds whilst we carry out a further investigation into your play. In instances where we believe you have violated the terms and conditions at the detriment to other players we will reimburse them with confiscated funds.
Please be aware this investigation may take up to 14 days.
