Excellent post I forgot about Ibrahim Said! Wael Reyad? Isn't he from the same team? Al-Ahly or somethng?
By the way for any Liverpool fans Al-Ahly have just qualified for the World Club Championship. Maybe we'll get to see these guys play for real huh?
Yeah they are at Al - Ahly, Kamouna is just as good too, but a bit older. Ibrahim Said spent half a season on loan at Everton a couple of years ago but did absolutely nothing!
I have remembered a few more Scandinavian Based Players, Sharbel Touma (left winger, from Djurgarden I think), Njugo-Demba Nyren from Hacken (Midfielder/Striker Centre), Zlatan Ibrahimovic is awesome and Kabba Samura Striker from IFK Gothenburg is very good too.

I've just bought this for my mum - she's well into her strategy stuff, so I am going on the foaming of you guys over how much she will like it.
I may have created a monster.

This is not strategy, its religion!
I'm intrigued as to what she thinks of it - not sure if it will have quite the same impact on a typical mum than it does for us lot. The big appeal of FM-types games is that your average bloke, who dreamed of turning out for [insert name here] FC and who now spends every Saturday shouting at useless players and claiming "I can do better than that" to the numpty in the dugout, can now attempt to put this theory into practice via the virtual game!
Sad you say? Maybe so, we respond, but it makes perfect sense to us!

She's a footie fan, been so for a long time, and we used to play a footie management game years back on the 64. I'll report back

Cant get Samura yet due to work permit. Looks very useful tho.
Ibrahimovic is already at Ajax in my game. Hope he's as good as he is in real life. (See Soccer AM top 10 goals DVD!!!)
Right I'm off to buy FM2006.

Whoever recommended Mike Duff, thank you!
Bought for 24k first day of season 1. After one year in the premiership he's played a 7.78 average with 6 goals and 10 assists. He's now worth 4.6million.
God I love this game.

I played 18 seasons with Villa and then got sacked.
That's gratitude for you!
ps. Does no1 play the greatest footy game around, Pro Evolution?
I'd put quite a large fee on the line to any
mug
competitor who reckons they can beat me.

What a player! The best right back/right centre back in a back 3 in the entire game. 24k for him is expensive though lol!!

Myself (and a few of my friends).
Maybe we could play a few games after a sunday freezeout sometime?

I like Pro Evo 5, I find it much harder to break down teams and its more realistic. Can't seem to get the chipped through balls working as well as in PE 4 though!

Beer's are fine, I'm still trying to train Jon to get them chilled though...
Have PES5 on PS2, with a save game from the net with all the correct names/logos etc...

It takes some practice but I'm getting the hang of passing now - the chip through balls can be devasting when launched from defence -> winger to start a counter attack.
