Filth is a bit harsh but no way was it a 10/10, DMorgan thinks the 2nd one was better,  idiot

As for Burn after reading, fell asleep half way through, joke slow, currently 3/10.

I avoided watching The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel thinking it would be some old fuddy duddy movie. Turns out it's a little gem of a film. A stellar cast deliver outstanding performances across the board. Charming, poignant, witty and often hilarious. Ideal film to lift the spirits on a wet Sunday afternoon in July methinks, made me smile all the way through. Almost choked on my popcorn when Jean wonders aloud how her and Doug should mark their 40th wedding anniversary. Madge suggests a minute's silence.

No Country? Great film I thought.
Benefits from repeat views and is much better when you realize what it's about.

Thought Burn after reading was a pile of shite, 2/10

Mystic River was very good, 8.5 seems fair.

The Amazing Spiderman
8.5/10
Very enjoyable remake with the only weak point Rhys Ifans playing the baddie. I think I actually enjoyed it more than the Tobey Maguire franchise.

Also re-visited Alien. Effects obviously not up to todays standards but not bad and well worth a re-visit. Aliens next on the list.

Maybe just put a link to IMDB in your signature and have a pint instead?

7/10

Just for balance, I thought it was pretty poor - 3/10.
