Minus 1 point for coffee not tea

Minus 1 point for unevenly cooked sausages

Impressive Marble work-surface

Not sure why white bread without anything on is on the picture. Oh hold on, does it have a bit of butter on? -0.5 point

Nice bacon.

Impressive lack of baked bean leakage

Overall, extremely creditable, 7.5 out of 10

Solid effort, beans do look cold, the sausage is undercooked and looks like you have had a bit of a disagreement  with the black pudding.

Felt like something was missing then realised you have put fried bread on it's own plate?? which universe does that happen?

anyway good first effort

tbf looks pretty damn deece, everything seems cooked to perfection or at least how I like it.

Scores:  -1 for hash browns as I hate them, -0.5 for no brown sauce in sight which is a bit controversial, -1 for no fried bread on main plate, can let the coffee slide, -0.5 for toast being too undercooked and not buttered to the corners, although +0.5 extra credit for abs incred looking eggs. A very solid 7.5/10 sir, wp. PM me your address plz, will be round tomorrow morning.

Sausages definately undercooked though.

Looking forward to tasting on my next visit   thumbs up

Do you want steam coming off the beans?

I never quite know what to do about sausages to be honest. It's such a fine line between undercooked and burning them to death.

I assure you they were well cooked (may have been pre cooked in the oven   ) but it's how they look to the scorers that matters.

Tried to get the fried bread on the plate. It was always the plan but it just wouldn't fit. Bigger plate next time without doubt.

Didn't really know what to do with the black pudding. I won't be disagreeing with it again that's for sure. Tasted ok but would've preferred to keep the space for an extra sausage.

Thanks for the vote mate. 6.5 from Eck's pretty damn good.

Pretty decent for a first cooking attempt I must say although I'd love to see the out-takes.

-1 for enevenly cooked sausages.
-1 for calling potato pancakes hash-browns which are totally different altogether.
-1 for no fried bread.
-1 for coffee instead of tea which cuts through the grease of a fry-up aiding digestion.

Thanks Tighty.

White bread was a bit of a faux pas really. I bought it this morning and it was a bit too fresh which made it difficult to spread the butter properly. Definitely one to learn from.

Coffee / tea debate is always going to be tough to beat. Can't have both just to please everyone so I'll take the hit.

Bacon was gorgeous. Probably the best bit.

Any tips on cooking the sausages evenly? Dues to their shape they always fall over in the frying pan so how do you cook them evenly without holding on to the little buggers?

Looks mostly ok but sausages not cooked correctly, hash browns look a bit anaemic and need a bit more cooking, don't like eggs sunny side up. 7/10
