The plate is far too small. How can you expect to make a decent fry up on that?

Thank you for all the comments, I feel that i can take my fry up to the next level and might just include a photo of next sundays for you to critique.
A few things to clear up...

I've noticed something far more disturbing than the black pudding (yuck!!!) there is a Gordon Ramsey book on the table!
It matters not that this is not his cook book. Celebrity Chef books should never, ever by purchased or accepted as gifts. There is no excuse and no allowance can be made.
All possible points are now void, 0/10.
isnt a cookbook its his autobiography and its brilliant i would recommend it.

I agree with scotty. Bacon undercooked, sausages coulda done with a bit longer as well as the fried egg. Oh, and is there a ration on tea in your house? Fill the mug ffs.
4/10
Full pot of tea out of shot, pretty insulted by this one. It would be impossible to enjoy such a hearty breakfast without at least two cups of tea!

I feel that this was a fatal error, with a bigger plate i could have spread out the beans and eggs. I need to invest.

Bacon not crispy enough imo.
Sausages undercooked too?
Despite the inclusion of black pudding i'm not sure I like the look of your selected black pudding.
5/10
The black pudding was a let down in fairness, i tried some 'taste the difference'. it was rubbish.

OK, we'll give ya another chance next week.
Told my crew I wanted to take a picture of Timothy's fry up before they tucked in. They looked at me like I had 3 heads when they realised I wasn't joking and refused to wait while I tracked down the camera. Sigh.

Sorry Sov, but if this was served up to me in a Cafe I'd have to send it back, the sausages look too pale, an all round deep tan is required. A well cooked sausage should also be sliced length ways & placed flat in the frying for an extra 2 minutes. I'll give it 5/10.

If you want to experience a fry-up botch job just go to the breakfast buffet of any continental hotel next time you're abroad. Very easy to criticise op's effort, but to me it looks perfectly balanced, and most importantly, quintessentially British. The absence of black pudding and a fried slice are only mild irritants, and not the work of the devil as some have said. How ridiculous. Proper witchcraft is any sausage served at breakfast in Costa del Frankfurter. In fact, everything on your plate is WTF imo!!
