Dana has been booted off onto her oh-so-superior Mac; normal service resuming.

Javed Abrahams Bites the Dust:

With the size of stack with which such a move is suitable, Javed shoved when it passed to him in the cutoff.  It all went well until big blind Stuart Nash called quickly, with his favourite paint back again:  .  Javed's was no match for it, nine on the board or not, and he busts just shy of the money.  20 left... getting tense in here.

Ah ha ha ha, I'm back!

(Dana here)

On the bubble-bubble, we have lost one Sam Trickett -- his no good against Pab's , the board coming down an uneventful two spades . You know what that means...

Hand for slow, painstaking hand now until we're in the delicious money.

Moomin is on the side-lines now railing Pab, who told us..."I'm waiting to pounce...like a cobra!"

Pab knows us well enough by now that saying such things leads us inevitably and inexorably to photoshop.

Enjoy!

Stu Rutter just saw a flop with Tim Flanders (on hiis left), they saw the with no marked enthusiasm.  Flanders checked, Stu bet 8,000, call.
Turn:    Check-check
River:  Check to Stu once again - he thought momentarily, then checked behind, saying, "Jack."

Flanders turned over the (and then the ) while Stu Rutter decided to go the whole hog and reveal his hand:  .  "What you call with that for?" asks Flanders, referring to preflop.  Just a smile from the Nutter despite someone piping up with "I thought you could play this game."

Dana again, hijacking the cardroom laptop.

An almost but not quite situation...

Stuart Rutter raised to 12k, only for Pab to make it 30k. Fold back around to Rutter... who moved all in. The Wall Of Media/Players From Other Tables formed aorund the table... but Pab folded, and I got this great photo.
