As the break draws to a close, here's someone who hasn't been sitting drinking coffee in a bubble daze through it:  Des Duffy, champion videoer in the process of filming a mini interview with Pab.  Also expect soon to hear from the chip leader, Eirik Svanes in the near future.

"You were down to just 60k at one point..."
"Yeah, I doubled off Javed, it was a bit of a cooler, really - he raised with Tens, I had Jacks.  Then I bust Sam Trickett."
"Do you ever get in a big pot and feel the urge to shed your skin?"
"What are you talking about?"
"Oh, nothing."*

We will receive updated chip counts shortly, but I can confirm that it is Fran Egan who is the man most in danger at the moment with a mere 27k to his name and the blinds a whopping 3k 6k...

Also he looks to have been usurped as Terminator Of The Day by none other than our resident cobra, Paul "Pab" Foltyn!

Behold his laser eyes...

Here is Fran, the previous incumbent of "Terminator Of The Day" hanging on for grim life next a sleeping (and now busted) Sam Trickett...

Back into action and straight away Pab secures a big pot from Robin Keston, who's been moved to his right.  They were small and big blind on this one, and I started paying attention when a bunch of yellow chips appeared in front of Keston on the turn with the board .  The pot had already become 100k+, with Keston the aggressor, betting out on the flop and called by Pab.  On this turn, Keston bet 55k, and after a brief think, Pab called this too.

The river:    Now Keston gives up, Pab shows down , Keston mucks his cards with a bit of force, muttering about "not firing the third bullet...."

Fran Egan IS THE BUBBLE BOY

The least liked position in a tournament goes to Fran Egan.  Desperately short he got it in with vs. Maz Nawab's .

Straight away though, this was outdrawn:  the flop.
The turn brought him the flush and straight draw:

But all that promise evaporated on the river busting him and bringing us into the money.

BUBBLE BURST!

Sorry I seem to have been some sort of feline Harbinger of Doom for Fran.

Ariel Adda doubles through chip leader Eirik Svanes with vs. .   A flopped Ace just let him breathe more easily.

Dana here:

We have our first in-the-money-exiteer, and it Mr Ketul Nathwani. Last time he wsa here at the Vic he won, but today he will have to be content with 18th place money after he smacked his pocket right into Jeff Duvall's , the board a very decisive . Down to 17.

Nine levels, or the final table, whichever comes first.
