There are some photos of the action just being uploaded presently but while these are formatted, uploaded and embedded for your perusal, let me bring you up-to-date with some of the exciting developments from here in the Vic.

First off we have the sharply contrasting fortunes of Pab and Moorman. Pab's star has risen to the point where he is the vast chip leader whereas Moorman has seen his stack plummet to 70k.

He looked a little morose as I came to chat to him but he was happy to go through the hands.

First off he lost 9k or so in that 99 V AQ v Flushy's bag of spanners hand.

Next up he lost a race AK v shortstack's 33 i believe. "FML" he said as the flop came 3-2-2...

Next up he raise from UTG, and was flatted in 2 spots, including Surinder on the button.

The flop fell A-T-2 "Not that great three handed" said Chris, but when he checked and Surinder bet with not much back, Chris re-raised him all-in and he snapped him off with A-K. Nasty.

All in all then not the greatest start for online legend 1, whilst online legend 2 Pab is wearing a broad Cheshire Cat smile as he sits atop the rankings...

Dave Callaghan eliminated by Ketul Nathwani...

Liam Flood busted by someone on his table...

All this while my attention on Table One where Peter Wood has raised preflop to 3,600 (blinds 600/1,200) and been reraised all-in by James Akenhead, who calmly waits while Wood deliberates.  Counting down his stack, it's very close between them, with around 25k each, but it turns out that Wood has to make the call for his tournament life.  He says, eventually, "I can't possibly pass," tabling .
Akenhead flipped over his , not in as bad shape as he may have thought, and they both watched the board come out three clubs

Wood stands, claps once, impressively loudly, and takes a celebratory sausage roll from a passing waitress, whom he tells "That wasn't easy!"  She appeared fascinated by this revelation.

Akenhead was down to 3k and is now OUT.

Early Boon for Svanes

Also a casualty of level 10 is Robert Boon.

Seeing a flop three way with Dan Carter and Eirik Svanes, he watched Dan Carter lead the T-J-5 flop for 6.3k before Erik popped it up to 21k and Robert now decided to ship his remaining stack in with his straight draw ...

He was always getting called and once Dan ducked out of the way, Erik did call with T-J for top two.

A blank on the turn and house-completing jack on the river completed the hand, bringing Erik to over 100k, but sending Boon to the rail.
