I would have bet 3's on that it would be option 1!

Picture of Terry Reeve please, aka Tiger Duff.

We have exactly one woman playing here today, her name is Lorraine Healy, she started with 5k in chips and she is wasting zero time in shipping those chips into the middle.

Javed Iqbal just now raised to 150 from the cutoff onyl for Healy to re-pop him from the small blind for 550 total. Undeterred, Iqbal made it 950 to go, which Healy smooth called -- but he was not prepared for her open-shove for 3.9k on the flop. After some brief consideration, Iqbal folded, leaving himself 3.2k. "She does the same with 2-7," noted a cheerful Adam Wilkinson.

Sizzling Bacon makes Ketul Blow a Fuse

A bad start for GUKPT London winner Ketul Nathwani.

He was seen betting out 650 on a board, only for Andrew Bacon to make the call.

The turned was the cue for Nathwani to lead for 1,500 and again Bacon ponied up the monies.

On the dangerous looking river, Nathwani checked and Bacon now bet a measly looking 1k, which Nathwani felt obliged to call with his , only for Bacon to show up with a rivered straight in A-2.

Nathwani tapped the table to signify his defeat and watched his opponent scoop up the pot as Bacon gets off to a frier.

MMmmm, tasty!

Elimination!

Marcus Bebb-Jones' tournament has been brought crashing to a halt in the early stages. Though we missed his exit, we are told that Sam Trickett dealt the death blow in an early coup that underlines his status as chip leader.

It looks like Sam is in no mood to hang about, as was suggested earlier, involving himself in almost every pot, despite having Marc Goodwin and Karl Mahrenholz as his table companions.

This is great, the 45 minute blinds mean that we already into level 2 and although we still have almost the same number of runners that we started with, this looks as though it's going to be pretty speedy.

Also knocked out early doors is Kyle Smith, meaning that we are down to an official 91 runners, but subtract from those also the half dozen or so that haven't made it (including: Ian Woodley, Donal Norton, Tony Cascarino, Glen Ashworth) and it feels like we're halfway there already. Smiley  Although we're not. Sad

Announced one of the TDs over the mic: "There are two players gone already, so if you'd like to all make a deal..."

Two More Gone

89-way deal a distinct possibility

- Gabriel Macavoray = busto

- Nick Slade = heading home early

Average chips now 6.7k. Sam Trickett still looking good on his frankly unfair 20k starting stack.

I would have bet 3's on that it would be option 1!

Picture of Terry Reeve please, aka Tiger Duff.

Left is the menace of Blue Square and Jamie's dad,Tiger Duff aka Terry Reeve himself.

The likeness is uncanny!

Sam Trickett counting up his ever increasingly enormous pile of chips, next to a less well stacked, but also going well, Marc Goodwin.

Karl Mahrenholz and Marc Goodwin in beautiful flash-o-vision.

Cheer up lads, might never happen! (If you stay out of Trickett's way...)

4,250 or so atm so a slow-ish start.

He could have been better placed with Richard Wheatley and oh-so-close-to-a-WSOP-bracelet winner James Akenhead directly in position on him.

James has around 6.4k at the moment...
