No show or showdown, I think that's a push no?

Swings and roundabouts for David Jones at the moment as he doubled up Rocket Man Paul Gourlay. With a raise before him, LeKnave flat-called from the button only to see two calls behind him, one of whom was Paul Gourlay in the big blind who threw in the extra 3,500. After everyone checked the
flop, two stacks found their way into the middle on the
turn, Gourlay's two pair with
just looking to avoid a jack, ace or ten against LeKnave's
. A
was overkill of sorts, but meant that Gourlay had received that double up that he had been so desperate for.
We'll grab LeKnave's new count shortly.

David Jones is now on 82,000 and grinning like a Cheshire Cat, as he does in all photos and videos we upload. LeKnave is clearly delighted to be here playing at DTD and enjoying every minute at the table.

Paul Brammer bet/or called (I arrived as the dealer was raking in the chips) 9.5k against
James
Mitchell
on a
flop. On the
turn Brammer checked and Mitchell now bet 14k. Brammer immediately moved all-in and Mitchell tanked for a couple of minutes before calling. Brammer flung over
and fixed his eyes on Mitchell who grimaced a little as he could only show
.
The river was the
and Brammer visibly sank and he was 3-outered for the whole pot (3 or 8 would've been a split). To make matters worse, Mitchell had Brammer just covered and eliminated his opponent in 23rd place.
"Must be nice to be a lucky fish!" shouted
John
Eames
from the next table.

One table in particular has seem more movement than tikay's bowels. The updated counts for that table are as follows:
Seat 2: Nick Hicks -- 230,000
Seat 3: James Mitchell -- 205,000
Seat 5: David Jones -- 80,000
Seat 6: William Fry -- 125,000
Seat 7: Trevor Reardon -- 205,000
Seat 8: Paul Gourlay -- 110,000
Seat 9: Cristiano Blanco -- 415,000

Will Fry raises to 5,700 from the cutoff and his nemesis
Batman
Cristiano Blanco makes the call from the big blind.
Check check.
Blanco bets 10k, Fry makes it 25.5k. Blanco quickly folds. Fry shows
.
On the next table Kevin O'Connell and Steve Jelinek are looking at a
flop, Jelinek check/raises O'Connell's 6.5k bet to 21.5k which the latter duly calls. On the
turn, Jelinek checks again and O'Connell bets 15k.
Jelinek sighs and says, "I absolutely 100% know you've got it..." and folds.
