Simon

What are you doing about the exchange rate issue?

By the time of the event you could selling at anywhere between 1.1 and 1.6 if you just ask for sterling now.

Do you think it would be fairer to call it $140 a share then ?

It's not only my risk it's Simon's as well depending on which way the rate goes.

I know it's doubtful but he could end up under-selling himself.

Not sure what's best to be honest mate. You can't be sure until the event starts.

I guess it depends when you actually buy the seat. If you buy it now then you know exactly what it's cost you. If you leave it 'til you get there you're not going to know until you actually buy it.

Hmmm. Tricky one.

If you're happy taking the risk your end I've got no problem at all. Just thought it might need taking in to account.

When does the actual event start?

Lol.  The PLO June 20th event?  not sure...

I don't think the exchange rate needs to be an issue, Simon can lock it in at today's rate or let it float and stand the fluctuation for himself ~ either way you get 1/60th for £100 ?

when does registration open? can't you just put in a proviso that the rate on that day will be taken as the rate and any fluctuations post that rest on simons shoulders.

Hopefully this will be the fairest way given the uncertainty of te exchange rate.

In response to Flushys suggestion and a previous shareholder who has requested 5% if i drop the premium to 1.3 the cost per share is now $130 and 67 will be available.

Also following on from Flushys question to Richard Triggs i would like to confirm with tongue firmly in cheek that i am a previous winner of Late Night Poker , oh and also here are my stats from the Hendon Mob. Somehow , even though i have hardly played the last 3 years i am still in the top 30 all time English money winners with $1,079,000. Now if i could only remember where i put it lol .
