Julian Thew is out, escaping before we even saw the exit hand.

Bit of history in this hand, Ramsey Ajram and Matt Perrins both made the final in Brighton, the latter being a regular 3-bettor to anyone who raises in late position and a strong tendency of getting in through.

Anyway, Ajram raised to about 800 I think and Perrins repopped from the button for an additional 1,875. After a couple of minutes thought, Ajram now 4-bet for another 5,075 more on top. Perrins wanted to check on Ajram's stack and then became less interested in playing, giving the hand up.

Claw is down in the danger zone with 4,000

Burnley John now has 52,000, on the same table Lucy Rokach is OUT

Binh Dong's QQ beat Paul Torolani's AK all-in pre to leave Toralani on fumes, 25,000 pot

Scot wise

Chris Martin 40,000, Willie Haughey 23,000 and Chi Nguyen 35,000. Wardlaw and Aslam OUT

Stephen Pearce going well with 30,000

Ian Nelson chipped up 45,000

James Lowrey is feeling a little beat up at the moment, calling a bet on the river of an board and being shown a way-behind-but-overtaking belonging to Stephen Pearce.

Dan Owston chip count please

out I am afraid.

"How did you go?" I enquired

"Ace-seven against Ace-Eight" he replied matter-of-factly and went back to talking the hind legs off the nearest donkey cardroom supervisor

Just seen a very strange hand play out between Paul Moss, Fatmarra now on the white wine and John Miller

Moss is a little worse for wear and misjudged his opening raise, such that it had to go as the minimum

John Miller in the big blind re-raised and fatmarra flat called

flop

bet by Miller, raise by Moss, call by Miller

turn

bet and call

river

check check

Moss

Miller  Two Clubs
