Hi Sushi in Camden is excellent for food.

Sushi is not food, it's pretentious overpriced pap that would benefit enormously from a coating of breadcrumbs, a quick dip in a deep fat fryer, and an 80% reduction in price

Barry mentioned Camden....anywhere there for food isn't going to be the cheapest but Hi is actually very reasonable.

Where have you had Sushi before Tom for you to have such a low opinion of it?

[  ] Tom's had proper sushi

If by "Proper" you mean it smells, tastes, looks and costs about the same as a high class whore's moneybox, then yes, I've had proper sushi.

[  ] you've had proper sushi then.

Sashimi doesn't have a strong odour, in fact most of it doesn't have any odour at all.

I'd also question your high-class whore's moneybox Wink

proper sushi is nice from japan and hong kong

the stuff u get from uk isnt great or fresh.

uk sushi is not good
and its made by women which is a no no

maybe not as good as Japan but there are some good places in London.

Strangely now you've mentioned it I've never been to a sushi place and seen a woman preparing the food. Why's that?

Best sushi chefs are men.  Same with most chefs isn't it?

Yeah but not Greek chefs as the men would have to wear "all-over-body hairnets"

Yeah but not Greek chefs as the men would have to wear "all-over-body hairnets"

By that criteria, you would make a great chef.

For sushi in Camden the Bento place next to the jazz cafe is a better bet.

If Red-Dog's sushi smells like a whore's moneybox then he's either paid too little for his sushi or too much for his whores.

I was in London at the weekend and had a great Greek meze at "Real Greek" restaurant. It's situated 150 yards from the Globe Theatre, very close to the Millennium bridge.

Sad Sad I will never be able to eat sushi again without thinking of this. vg tho Cheesy

I went to a Sushi bar recently but me and the bird sat there for half an hour waiting for the waiter, before complaining. Eventually manager came up and explained 'no restaurant, is fast food, have to grab from carousel'. Total ****ing farce.

Covent Garden is a nice hangout, or maybe the theatre.

Blimey Barry, if you take all this advice, you might as well just tell him straight off that you want to bum him later ... cos thats what he is going to think !!

Depending on what time he gets in, take him here http://www.viewlondon.co.uk/clubs/peter-parkers-rock-n-roll-club-review-59414.html before or after going somewhere for a bit of grub, no poncy sushi bollocks though, get to a steak house ... Goucho's is awesome, not badly priced, Flushy didnt even flinch when he picked up the bill ... and the diners included myself and Tighty !!!
