Im now on week 5 of my diet/exercies plan... I tried to get a prop bet going but go no interest lol..
Anyway Im down 17lbs in 5 wks..
Some tips that led me to success
Soup for lunch - low fat low cals and quite filling
EA sports active for the wii - alongside my ice hockey training is giving me a decent all body workout.. cheaper and less of a hassle than heading to the gym
Cheat once a week.. To stop craving etc i've actually eaten crap one night a week usually before a big exercise session Pizza, Curry chips etc... Really combats the cravings.
Flavoured water - substitued this for Fizzy juice and am actually enjoying it - 3 ltrs for a £1 at Asda and tesco...
Good luck with this anyway.. Once I get down to my target goal im never going back
