Sunday is my 'treat' day. I go for a carvery with my dad every sunday so im gonna still keep going but have cut down on potatoes and put lots more veg on!

Gonna get back into my walking all next week as im working 12-8 every day so i will have chance to go in the morning! Im feeling better after just 3 days so long may this continue!

Right back on it all this week! Just started off the week with a 2 mile walk and did it in 34.40 shedding over a minute off my last time.

I feel good at the moment since starting this. Ive not been on the scales yet but i can tell ive lost some weight so im looking forward to weigh in day on thursday.I will be very happy if ive lost 5lbs.

Im now on week 5 of my diet/exercies plan... I tried to get a prop bet going but go no interest lol..

Anyway Im down 17lbs in 5 wks..

Some tips that led me to success

Soup for lunch - low fat low cals and quite filling

EA sports active for the wii - alongside my ice hockey training is giving me a decent all body workout.. cheaper and less of a hassle than heading to the gym

Cheat once a week.. To stop craving etc i've actually eaten crap one night a week usually before a big exercise session Pizza, Curry chips etc... Really combats the cravings.

Flavoured water - substitued this for Fizzy juice and am actually enjoying it - 3 ltrs for a £1 at Asda and tesco...

Good luck with this anyway.. Once I get down to my target goal im never going back

Some peeps keep weight loss vlogs on youtube, I think it's a great idea. Doesn't need to include your face if you don't want obv. Would be nice maybe to take a pic a day with a pic/info about how much exercise you did and what you ate, would act as a great incentive. Saw a couple with a huge number of hits. One guy fully committed to 8 month's program, developed a hugge following, then did one LOL. Came back bigger but apologetic and restarted. Maybe he was away writing quizzes or something.

Just back from my walk. Did it in 33.27 now with a slight jog in as i really needed a poo for most of the way round!

Diets still going well and im feeling slimmer! Looking forward to getting weighed 2moro to find out if ive lost any. I have a target of 5lbs and will be very dissapointed not to have lost more to be honest!

On another note i have a tip for a horse tonight...

Came from the same guy who gave me the last one which won so im 1/1 for tipping.

Ok so today is my weigh in day...

Ive just been for a 2 mile walk and completed it in 33.35. I think i have found my limit for this walk as i now have to put a slight jog into my last 200m or so to beat my previous time so i will carry on with the same distance but im gonna add in a bit more jogging each day.

I am also going to look at a gym near me on saturday and hopefully it will have what im looking for and i can sign up then.

My eating is going well and i have managed to stop myself from buying junk at services whilst out on the road! This was a big habbit of mine and now i take the right ammount of snap with me to get me through the day until i have my main meal at night.

So onto the scales.....

My target was to lose 5 lbs this week.

Last Weeks Weight: 23st 7lbs

This Weeks Weight: 23st 2lbs

Total Loss: 5lbs

My target again for next week is going to be 5lbs.
