An 'eating plan' is an excuse. Its another reason to delay and justify not eating well.
Cut out bad stuff, eat good stuff. Less carbs. There's your plan.

come on girdy, you can't tell me that you don't have any idea what is and isnt good for you.
If you did something like this you would lose 4lbs a week.
Breakfast - Cereal (nothing with sugar/chocolate - things like Shreddies, weetabix, bran flakes, or even cornflakes) with semi skimmed milk.
Lunch - Sandwich without loads of mayo. I like beef but you can have anything in there as long as you use marg not an inch of butter
Tea - Meat and two veg.
Snacks - why not get some of them breakfast bars, ones with loads of oats and shit in them. they arent as nice as a mars bar but they dont taste too bad. Eat some fruit, apples or grapes or something.
