They had 4 or 5 decent Cash games running last night, with three of them still running well after 3am. Sadly, as it took an age for the £100 Tourney Final to play out, I was unable to play any Cash. Wink

£1.5million? You jest.

Well done to Ding, who nicked £1,000 in a 5 way chop, ditto to the Great MDD, & even Alex - the boy played well good.

Saw the January schedule tonight.
They're now gonna do a £20 Omaha tournament every Sunday at 9pm and Monday has changed to something far better.
A £30+£20+£10 one rebuy/one add-on, 4,000 chips a time.
So essentially 12,000 chips for £60
. I'd guess the clock will be 30mins right through given Mondays will never get mega numbers. Good innit?

Not what they announced last night. They said the Add-On (£10) would be 2,000 Chips (not 4,000), & so the Total Chips per player would be 10,000.

Excuse me, I went deep in the Final, only exiting spectacularly when I limped with Aces in the SB, (when he was behind), checked the flop (when he was behind), checked the turn (when he was behind), & moved in on the River. (when he was ahead).

They probz need to clarfiy this on the schedule then coz it don't read that way. Either way, looks pretty pleasing imo.

More in the morning...

Sir Donkeys arrived late and left early. I arrived early and left earlyish, so no change.
FML, I found out this week that either one of us would be allowed in wearing a clown costume. No turning back now...

is the omaha gonna be dealer dealt ?

It will be apparently. Could you imagine Omaha self deal let alone PL?

Please can you confirm scores are only to 2 decimals places please

Yep, same as it has been all year Sir Donkeys. Pourquoi?

Amazing scenes, yet another chop for The Future. All bow down please, this is a truly remarkable surge from a player who now deserves to be mentioned in the same breath as MDD.
What I've done is award Alex and Ding 8pts each, which is between the third- and fourth-placed finish, and shown the result in the table as each finishing third. It was a four-way chop for second through fifth.
Ding consequently eases her relegation fears and pushes the mighty Claw into the bottom three. It's still very tight among the, ahem, lesser lights at the foot of the league, though, and time for more swings yet.
Tikay also gets 3pts after playing aces wrong and stumbling into eighth. Lessons needed from Broughton, Giddins or Hogg imo.

Damn, was going to stop off at Luton about 2am to check out the cash and thought no point as the night before there was only one cash table running.

Well done Ding at el for last nights chop

Was he snoring? I swear he dropped off a few times as it was way past his bedtime. Good railer though - his nodding. winking and 'get in there' gestures are very motiviating!

You definitely should have done. I was on a very soft table and picked up £600+ in less than 3 hours at £1/£2. Left just after 2am as I was on a "must move" feeder  table and my turn to move had come up. A real shame as I was really in good form. I didn't fancy the next table where the line up looked far tougher.

You could have joined a great table at 2 am Michelle.

*** LUTON FAT BOYS CHALLENGE ***

Myself and Celtic are gonna be losing weight in the New Year for charrrrridy (1 January-31 March), the target being 50lb between the pair of us in those three months.

If the management at the G are OK with it we'll be sticking a charity form jobbie on the desk some time this week for anyone that fancies sponsoring. It'll prob be £XX.XX per lb, capped at 50lb.

As amazing as it was that Celtic beat me in the league this year, it's even more amazing that he weighs MORE than me. Esp as I'm 6'6" and he's 5'3".

If anyone else fancies joining us, let us know before Wednesday and we'll make it three ways.
