How tall are you? What's your ideal weight?

Case of tl;dr the whole thread as I'm sure you'll have mentioned it.

Don't mean to be rude or owt, or put your achievment down, but for arguments sake if you were say 5ft 10, then the weight you've lost at the rate you've lost it isn't actually that impressive.

Still, good on you for giving it a good go.

Thanks mate. Appreciate that.

I've always been very short and very fat but it's encouragement like "good for you" that makes all the effort worth while.

It makes me feel special Smiley

Please post more.

Fatty in being touchy shocker.

No wonder you didn't post your stats.

You post about how it's oh so easy yet it's been a month and you've lost less than a stone. Calm down on the back slapping and get on the treadmill.

Please don't call me fatty. I find it very hurtful and need to eat big pies to make me feel better afterwards.

How much should I have lost then?

I thought 11lb in 5 weeks was quite good. I might as well go back to what I was doing before if it's not good enough.

I always thought it was meant to be no more than 2lb a week or you would struggle to keep it off?

So personally I think you have done pretty well.

Have you still got that t-shirt? Are you bringing it to Spain. Could work well for you.

It's dependent on your height. If you're small and you weigh that much, the weight should be falling off you faster, if you're tall then it's not bad. Was the reason I asked. Was a genuine question but of course you decided to get all pissy for some reason.

I was being sincere when I said good on you. It takes a hell of a lot more effort to decide to do something about your weight then it does to just carry on as you are.

Well seeing as you're being sincere I will as well.

I'm actually 6' 4" and don't have any weight issues.

The reason I got pissy with you is because you couldn't be arsed to read the thread so just made a few assumptions.

If I'd been a genuine fatty your comments were exactly the kind of thing that could lead to regression back to over eating again so I thought they deserved no more credit than they got.

I haven't at any stage aimed to lose any weight. If you read back this all starts on about page 58. I just wanted to detox and lose the little bit of fat that I had around my waist.

As a side effect of eating well and not drinking I have lost 11lb.

My ideal weight would be around 16st 7lb but with a lean muscular frame.

I'm hoping to achieve this some time in the next 6 months but it won't be easy at all.

Hopefully with your support and encouragement I might have a chance Wink

tbf, I thought the thread title was genuine so went to the last page to see how it was going. My intentions were good, guess I will have to read your threads thoroughly from now on!

Plus you're much bigger than me so I'll keep quiet.

Good luck with the training. Hope it goes well.
