"This is great news for RE-ENTRY players! From Saturday there will be NO chip penalties for players that opt to re-enter!
Dusk Till Dawn Poker
Previously, any player that re-entered would lose 1 small and 1 big blind per level, plus 1 round of antes if they entered in level 5 or 6. This will no longer be the case.
The brand new RE-ENTRY system came into play at the last £300 Deepstack event earlier this month, and we’re now using that system across a range of our tournaments. Re-entry allows players that have been knocked out, to buy back into the event adding to the prize pool as they do so"
Happy birthday Matt

Food was bad again today but I wasn't too bothered because I wasn't training.
Had to pick Ronnie up from the kennels after work so couldn't train.
I also didn't feel quite right after the weekend of fun.
Back to the gym tomorrow hopefully feeling fully fit and having eaten properly.
I'm going to have another diet review over the next few days.
I've dropped my body fat to a decent level now so the next step is to bulk up a bit.
This won't involve major changes, just a few extra carbs and a bit more protein as well mostly through supplements.
I'll also allow myself a few pints at the weekend and even the odd bit of bad food.
When you're trying to gro it's better to eat bad than to not eat at all so I'll be happy to have a chicken kebab or the occasional pizza or curry.
Training will have to be hard as well to ensure that I actually grow.
Will keep things updated over the next few days and come up with something to start properly hopefully by next Monday.

tbf, I thought the thread title was genuine so went to the last page to see how it was going. My intentions were good, guess I will have to read your threads thoroughly from now on!
Plus you're much bigger than me so I'll keep quiet.
Good luck with the training. Hope it goes well.
Hey mate. The thread title is genuine.
If you read post one it explains how I had become lazy and wanted to get back to the gym after a long spell away.
The latest posts are 18 months on and include a spell in there where I quit my first attempt for 8 months and then started again this year.
No need to be quiet. I'm big but I'm dead nice so you can get away with pretty much anything.
Thanks for the good luck wishes. Much appreciated.

Felt a bit wobbly on the first set of pressing yesterday so I had to drop down a bit.
3rd set felt fine though so I upped it to 37.5 for the last and managed a full set.
I didn't feel too many pains so hopefully I'm back on track to hit 50kg some time later this year.
I've just ordered a load more protein type stuff to keep me going for another month.
I've also bought some creatine which is something I've not used for a long time.
I've been sceptical about creatine in the past as it didn't work for me when I used it about 10 years ago.
I'm using a different brand now and obviously it has changed in 10 years so I'll give it a go and see what effects if any I notice.

Thanks Ray.
I was quite proud of the effort. So proud in fact that I've booked a flight to go again in 3 weeks time.
Might have to be good up until then though so that I'm not a big fat f**ker by the time I get there.
