As far as the prop goes I'm now freerolling. To claim the winnings though I have to keep training as per the original agreement.
So it's still 4 days per week for the rest of the year with 4 weeks off allowed which have to be pre booked.
I haven't had any breaks yet (I trained when I went to Tampa) but obviously I'll need one for Malia.
As the holiday straddles 2 weeks Cos has allowed me to train Mon/Tues before I go and then 2 days when I get back and just book one week off. Those couple of sessions when I get back could be interesting.

Had 2 weeks using the Hydroxycut now. It's fantastic stuff, highly recommend it. The only "side-effect" is that you piss a tremendous amount....then again, I drink a fair amount of water so that might have something to do with it.
I take 2 of them before lunch and 2 before dinner. The appetite suppresant part of it really works and takes some getting used to. The first few days I almost had to remind myself to eat.
Amazingly there is no effect with regards to sleep etc. There is quite a bit of caffeine in them (200mg per pill) and the caffeine pills I used to take were 200mg as well but I only took 1 at a time with a max of 2 per day so this has effectively doubled. I don't know if there would be any withdrawal effects from the caffeine part of them as I haven't missed any days yet but, for some reason, I don't think so.
On a proper high protein diet now, scrambled eggs (no milk and 2 yokes per 4 eggs) for lunch etc. and the fat is flying off. My chest has improved a lot, moobs/pecs are actually starting to flatten out nicely and the stomach is almost all gone. Should have my abs showing in a couple more weeks of this. (well before my holiday at the end of September)
Obv would only advise taking them with a proper diet and plenty excercise.
Thanks for the tip Matt, these things are the poodles peanuts.
Awesome stuff Boldie. Pleased that they work for you as I know they don't work for everyone. You've definitely done it the right way by trimming down to the bare minimum and then using them to help with that last bit. I might have to get another bottle myself for a bit of a boost before Malia. Need to get that 6 pack sorted for the beach. (Lol at me thinking I'll be in any fit state during the day to get anywhere near a beach)

Just ordered some Hydroxycut. I couldn't resist it.
I've ordered some protein things as well which look pretty good. Basically it's a drink that delivers 45g of protein and nothing else. They look really handy because they're pre-mixed so no arsing about with shaker bottles.
Should be good for pre and after training.

I noticed on Cos' thread that he's back at the gym now after a little lay off.
I can honestly say I was gutted when he told me he'd lost our prop. The whole idea was for neither of us to win because we both managed to do the full year. Unfortunately because of his injury problems it wasn't to be.
I gave him the time off when he was injured (he returned the favour for me as well) but sadly once he recovered he was unable to get back in the swing of it.
I know exactly how this feels because it's how I got out of the training habit in the first place.
I'm really pleased that he's trying to get back on it but I also know how hard it's going to be without the motivation that he had previously of our prop.
As long as he gets through the first 3 weeks or so then he's sorted so fingers crossed for him.
Cheers mate. Can't wait til I get to Thailand now. The thing I'm most looking forward to is joining a gym and going a bit nuts on it. Weird init!

Cool, I'm mainly tempted as it comes in shot form and I don't always feel tempted to have a pint full of shake before going to bed or coming straight out of the gym.

Matt, where did you order it from? The supplement store. I didn't do any looking round at all so might well be cheaper elsewhere.
