weighed at 8.30am 23 August 2011
weight 14st 4lbs (90.9kgs using a simple 2.2 conversion rate)
is this a gross weight loss or is it % weight loss??
Todays food (excls non calorific drinks):
Scrabbled eggs (2 eggs)
2 slices of Soreen
Cuts of beef with carrots in gravy (yet to be consumed)
Exercise:
Softball game this evening 50 press ups 20 squats 10 abs "cat sick" crunches
As it's just a fun prop we'll stick to total weight loss. Obviously if there was money involved we'd need to change a few things because the big lads have a distinct advantage assuming they put in the same amount of effort as the slimmer lads. Pretty sure we can work out %s as well though just to compare.

I'll jump in as well if it's just for bragging rights, I'm prob at a disadvantage as I can't do any cardio but I'll give it a shot. I'm training as soon as I get up tomorrow so I'll weigh myself at the gym and also chuck everything I eat up too. I've been pretty lapse since Vegas and haven't made any headway in the weight loss department This will probably give you a bit of an advantage. Haha wp I didn't go to bed until 8 so am just up now, I'll be heading to the gym shortly and weigh myself then. I'll post my daily food intake at the end of each day too so I'm not editing every couple hours or posting just to add a meal.

Plenty of excuses coming in early doors.
Good luck everyone. Hopefully it'll kick start at least one person in to something bigger.

I was 14st 12 at easter from 16st 7 in January, I then started going on the lash again and that was the catalyst for the wheels to fall off. I only put on 1/2 a stone before Vegas and a few lbs there. Since I got back I've been lazy though eating well for a week and then having a binge for a couple days undoing all the good work.
I just drove down to the gym thinking I'll get there at 3 and it'll be nice and quiet. It sure was quiet, 4 guys training together with the owner all obviously just starting the Smith Machine which is the only machine I want to use. It's not that far so I just drove home again and I'll return in an hour when hopefully it will be quiet again.
