Up 0.23 kg for me, must have been the Cornetto I sneaked in after dinner.
Roast Potato's, surely not an issue looking at Sunny's original diet to a proposed new one?
Absolute sigh at not playing cash with GurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrPREET at the weekend :-(
Being 'not as bad' still isn't good though.
If you're going to do it you might as well do it properly.

Went for a few bits to asda and picked up some nice healthy fodder....
Cooked chicken and Turkey for sandwiches
Broccoli
Low fat Cottage Cheese
Eggs
Milk
Granola Crunch
Muller light Yogurts
Bananas and a pack of Grapes
Just had my lunch cooked a chicken breast on the George Foreman and had some broccoli and cottage cheese with it. Muller light for desert.
Feeling a lot better in myself after a week back just need to keep up with this eating and not make excuses to eat healthy fodder.
Light gym sesh tomorrow and then got the personal trainer booked again for friday and some more boxing

14 4, no change
Scrambled eggs
2 slices of Soreen,
Chicken and broccoli for tea
What's with the 2 slices of soreen? Do you mean malt loaf?
How do you have all your meals?
Any butter in the scrambled eggs?
Any butter on the soreen?
Anything else with the chicken and broccoli?
I don't think this applies too much to yourself because you're skinny as fook but a lot of people seem to forget the extras when looking at what they eat.
Why would you put butter in scrambled eggs?
More importantly why would you eat soreen?

But where do you draw the line?
If he changed what he was eating to two full sunday dinners a week he would lose weight in a nice steady fashion?
If your cutting the potato's out why not cut out the gravy and the meat and just have a bowl of steamed greens?

Man wish I had never asked, I have never even thought about putting butter in my scrambled eggs before this day.

I know what you're saying. The problem is if the small changes didn't make him lose weight but just gain it more slowly.
I guess you have to just decide how quickly you want to lose weight work out what you can eat to achieve it and draw the line there.
If you're trying to lose as much weight as possible whilst remaining healthy then roast potatoes are an absolute no go!!

Breakfast: Soreen
Lunch: 2 breaded turkey escalopes
Dinner: 1 Basa fillet, sweet potato wedges, sweetcorn
1 can diet coke
Today was redic hard! I've got an exam tomorrow which meant I'm sitting at home all day pretty much in the same position. Not much different from usual, but mentally draining too. Also when you get bored, I find it's easier to eat more. I've eaten my meals at earlier times today, so I reckon it's going to be a tough night. Let's see how it goes!

Day 2:
Brekkie: Pineapple Juice, 1 slice buttered toast
Lunch: Tomato Soup, watermelon
Dinner: Roast dinner, big plate of steamed veg, big pile of dry roast ham, 2 roast spuds
Pud: Large home made smoothie, mini magnum
Drinks: 1L diet coke, water.
MUCH harder day than day 1. No real plan, just going to not eat anything redic bad (roast spuds and magnum aside) and take it easy on carbs.
