Think it's the second fastest time of the year, first go over the 500 too.

It looks like we are moving Farran up to 6 bends... Mark Wallis thinks he needs longer and could turn into a class stayer..his trialling this week then looking onto open race 6 bends...

In the meantime we are in the hunt for a new 4 bend derby dog.. 20K in the kitty so looking for class

Fantastic. On the last few runs he might want to move Bruisers up as well, been flying at the death.

Goodluck with the search. Let us know how it goes.

The owner is on twitter and looking at his old tweets they decide that next year would be the year he goes for the Derby hence no entry this year.

The 25/1 at Hills can be boosted to 27.63/1, obvs still not value but may be the biggest price we see if the dog keeps putting in runs like this. A year is a long time though.

Could of made it look easier for a 1/2 shot. Lol. Quickest way to get restricted I suppose.

think his trialling today... looks like he has a fairly comfortable heat... Mark is confident.. he def has more than 480/500 in him... he traps well but as shown at the derby with that long run to the first bend at towcester he hasnt got enough to live with the best early dogs..as though he may trap in front his either gets in trouble by the first bend or they have got past him.. as we see with those amazing come from behind wins he has the guts and stamina to be behind and come and win. He is def a class dog and may fair well at this distance..

Think he will fare better at this distance but probably not at the super tight crayford 540m

Awful news - let's hope it's not quite as bad as it first appears.
