Be aware of potential bias tonight Tal at HG if you are going. The rain has been immense all day and every railer at monmore this afternoon has had no chance.

Thanks, arbboy. As we say in these parts, it ay arf black over Bill's mother's!
Yes, usually outside bias when it's raining (camber drains the water towards the inside), but should become clear reasonably quickly from the first couple of races. Wide runners that finish well will be monitored closely

myself, dubai and a few others went to nottingham for the eclipse and it dawned on me that id just lost all love for the game. Some very dubious runners on tuesday and atmosphere is just shit now. Sad to say im done with the dogs now
Def for me going to the track is a night out with the kids and no more than that. Shame really because it's a great sport but seems to be marred by a dark side. Keep things simple, communicate properly and get some proper funding and start listening to the youngsters with good ideas (like Tom Francis, maybe not so young but you get my drift). The sport needs a good clear out of the dinosaurs.

Essex vase starts tonight at Romford. Def think Airport Captain is too short, run great last time out against Bob but until he does it regular I'm going to be against him, lay for me tonight.
I've taken the 11/8 with hills on Flawless Floyd in the last, will see how the track is before deciding to keep or lay back for a freeroll, should be about evens.
Not backing Bob outright for the vase as he is too short for me. Have had a small tickle each way on Ballymac Alto at 20/1. Also done Forest Sara e/w at 28/1 for the Oaks fir an interest. Small outright bet on Jaytee China at 7/1.
Big long shot and probably more heart than head but I've had a small bet on Steves Dream to win tonight. Should have waited to get a bigger price on the machine really.

Ballymac Alto qualifies but only just and not very impressed with the run, seems a bit out of his league, unless Arbboy is right with the outside bias.

I laid alto there no idea why they gambled it. Had a shit sprint trial at track clearly doesn't stay 575 either.

how is HG tal? I want to back this t1 in your race if there is no bias and it's 2/1 or bigger (doesn't look like any bias from early results) Can't get on off course no market on bf obviously and no firm will take a bet off me on a meet like that. Can you get me on at the track if you have sufficient cash on you? Will obviously ship to bank if you can with a drink on top win or lose. Let me know via pm. Hate doing a race and not being able to bet my view!
If anything it looks like its favouring the inside at HG.

Laying captain win and place, I'm going down in flames or being a hero, depends on which captain turns up.

he can't win this doing 35.25 in a solo. Max lay in the outright book. You did nothing wrong just the wrong dogs turned with a chance.
