didnt think it was favouring the wides tonight tbh.  A lot won but there was plenty of trouble in races.  t6 was an incredible price in the last had every chance on known form.  as quick as the odds on fav over 750m yet went off nearly 10/1.  The big priced t5 winner had every chance as well with a clear which is got.  All the other t6s were obvious favs.  All opinions obviously.

Yeah watched all night couldn't really see a wide bias. Agree with the 6 in the last Arb got matched at 11.5 on betfair - also bet red in the race too which led a long way. 2 was far too short and I assume you laid it?

Actually laid t3 large under 3/1 (2nd fav) and t1 at bottom price right on the off small.  I wasn't sure on the odds on shot tbh.  It had been round C&D before in a decent time so i just left it as a winner in the book

Fair enough, 11.5 winner in the last and I still lost a little on the night lol

Inside at crayford or simply the dog who gets to the first bend rail first wins?

ONes sticking to rail down the back seem to be making big on wides

Bit of both i think.  Studio been talking all night about it favouring the outside!  No idea where they are getting that from.

First two races (completed). But first race they abandoned 6 got nailed down back by 1/2 before they stopped the hare.

If anyone has any views, tips or suggestions on tonight's card at Hall Green, any info gratefully received.

I'm particularly but not exclusively interested in the feature race at 9:38 (George Hale Memorial Trophy).

Thanks in advance.

Had a quick look at the feature race for you.  It is more of an A2 than an A1 in quality.  Lot of these dogs are fully exposed and rarely run in A1s (only when they bink an A2 then are out of their depth and drop back down).

The race looks obvious to me to solve.  2 and 3 will bang out and make all (trap 1 is a kipper in the boxes so they should both get solos) with 3 outstaying 2 coming home.  t3 is a clear fav in my book as it should get a solo with t2 moving rails and t3 is clearly the fastest dog in the race (got 3 sub 28.70 clocks on it's card - nothing in this race done anything like that).  T5 will probably stop the racing post selection in t6 getting a clear run early.

11/4 Kilmessan King (4/1) 11/4 Great Empire (3/1), 4/1 Denied (10/1), 4/1 Fabulous Sonia (10/1), 9/2 Marston Jenny (9/4), 5/1 Unlikely Thomas (10/1)  - This is the RP's forecast sp's.

Mine are in brackets.  Obviously mine are to 100% (ie my true prices for the race).  Post forecast are 126%.

I would be 7/4 5/2 3/1 7/1 7/1 7/1 as my opening show to 126% so i can make a few quid!  Not easy laying 100% books and making it pay.

If you can get odds against t2 and t3 coupled then i would be having a decent bet at those prices weighted more heavily towards t3 if t3 is a bigger price.

Certainly a tough race. Good write up.

I'd be betting Trap 5 at your prices tbh.

No real idea though.

Incredible 200%+ sp return at a 5 runner race at Sunderland last Saturday.  Article about it in the post today saying the bookies were protesting against a gamble that was landed in the previous race.  No idea why they would do that.
