Dexter 1-5, 7 are all worth watching. 6 is skippable, 8 didn't happen as far as I'm concerned.

There is a LOT of really bad TV

It was disappointing, but I think you may be exaggerating just a little Smiley

Bad tv is one thing but Dexter was a generally excellent series which made how they finished it off even worse.

By the end of season 8, I kind of expected the ridiculous ending, and wasn't going to let that detract from what was on the most part, a great show.

I have really enjoyed Fargo, every episode has been a surprise in some way and very funny. I expected it to be a one off thing but hope they can find a second series.

The best series on TV by far.

Also caught up with Hannibal which I'm loving and Ray Donovan which is surprisingly very good, especially Jo Voight's character who is instantly dislikeable.
