Have mostly enjoyed the first two episodes of Fear the Walking Dead.
The 'slow burn' is at risk of being tiresome though and not completely sold on the characters. I do like the setting and seeing everything gradually fall apart though.

Thought the end of Mr Robot was a little disappointing after a cracking first 9 episodes - I enjoyed it but we missed some good stuff. This is where it's annoying having to wait a year for the next season. Lots of questions that I'd like to know the answer too. Narcos is a really good program, certainly up there with the best I've seen this year. Only 4 eps to go and I'm guessing it's going to end with the end of Pablo so wonder where  will take us? Of course I could look it up but I haven't yet. I've found another one called Gang Related - anyone seen it? Review on IMDB says it could be the next Shield? I have EP1 ready to go and will start after I've finished Narcos, hopefully it's good. |

Mr Robot did suffer a bit in that there were scenes there which were only done to set up season 2. Initially I thought this was typical 'tease now, work out what we're actually going to do later' but I have seen somewhere that the creator had already planned things out, so he's not just disappearing down a Lost rabbithole.
It really is such a tremendously filmed thing - the off-centre framing of shots, the music. The scene this week with crazy Swedish wife outside the apartment is incredibly unnerving (helped greatly by her eyes).
As an added bonus, if you research the name of the actress who plays crazy Swedish wife, and add the word 'nude' to your Google image search, you'll be pleasantly rewarded.
