Cold tap but you don't let it get freezing ofc. Hot water is kinda gross. Tap water clean enough in Hungary? Always used to use bottled water abroad when on holiday with the family but didn't bother in Marabella. |

Been told my dentist - no water. No washing mouth out after either. Just wash toothbrush after use. That way the toothpaste stays on your gums and protects them for longer. I have a receding gum from over brushing which causes some sensitivity. This has helped me to start to correct that.
