Congratulations on earning that little red 1. Had no idea what my lifetime was, just checked and it's 10,000 - I can't comprehend playing a hundred times more than that!
haha thanks mate, I usually turn off my stuff on stars, but checked yesterday and I had just over 1m, so I thought I'd keep it on during SCOOP!
Made day 2 of the SCOOP Thrill, 130/181, 180 people get paid. Had planned to take a day off tomorrow, but guess will play a session now. 3 full huge, massive, days of poker starts tomorrow then, really looking forward to it!
BTW, question that you guys can maybe help with, I'm a little too busy to go to the gym sometimes, but on my break I'm doing 5 minutes of exercises, floor/mat exercises, dumb-bells etc, how much better is 1 hour of gym work all at once vs 5 minutes every hour for 6-7 hours. Is there any benefits of doing the latter?
One depressing thing right now is that I'm doing awfully on fifa, seriously, no matter which team I am, what tactics I use etc etc, I just can't seem to win. I am thinking about trying to get top 50 in the world next year as pretty big challenge, but not sure if theres enough time in the day to do everything
Anything is better than nothing, but you are going to struggle to do 5 mins of meaningful work, then concentrate straight after. Obviously person related, if you are 50 stone, 5 mins every hour is probably the best route. But the fitter and stronger you get the more the stimulus has to be. If you are doing it for five minutes and doing it effectively you shouldn't be in a state to sit down and concentrate for an hour. If that makes sense?

Pretty interesting day today 😂 Yesterday at thrill table I had 120k and gusma 15k he spoke about how he wished he had this stack and I said wishes come true. 3 hours later he has 120k and I have 15k 😂
Anyway, we agree to swap 5% of his cash for 5% of my main event.
Wake up today, have a good early start, go to vegetable shop, have nice walk outside, enjoy the sun. Come back in time to play the 2k cubed and day 2 of the thrill.
I end up busting 2 bullets there, so before day 2 has started (remember I was going to take today off) I'm already down 5k+ lol, first orbit in the thrill I get TT v 55 v Ak where I cover both and both had bounties obviously so as long as both don't improve then I make $ get the K7684 board and we hit the showers. Was a pretty nice pot and obv 2k in bounties is good, but far from being close to winning the tournament or whatever, min cashed + bounties, whatever, would still have been cheaper to just last night.
Decide to go honeybadger mode on Fifa, set up a custom system, decided to be England, won 4 leagues in a row and undefeated, pretty fucking pumped about that haha.
Friend asked for stars so logged on and Gusma was 5/6 in the thrill with 50k or so locked up.
Guess we're about break even.
Back tomorrow.

There was a pretty interesting study done on standing desks a few months ago. Looking at the effect etc. One point was it caused more back pain in some people due to the way they stand. I'm not sure I could use one, but I do see th logic. Just fidget all the time haha.

Interesting night of grinding, got a 4th in Party Highroller Turbo for $5k? And then basically just played all the $2k HU one tabling and speaking/sweating Elmerixx.
Managed to win all 4 of my games including the final game vs Nick Petrangelo (end boss and somebodies game I super respect) which I was really happy about.
Tomorrow theres 16 left and we play down to a winner (its all heads up) guaranteed $7200 and $110k for first. Field left is obviously really really tough, but thats fine will give it my all!
One bad thing is that it starts slap bang in the middle of the biggest Sunday in history lol. Starts at 8pm, at 8pm we have
Party $5200
Party $2600
Party $1050
888 $1050
Stars $2100
Stars $1000
Stars $1000
Stars $10,000
.FR $2200
Pretty sick, not sure exactly what I'll do, I guess I'll cut down on tables and register stuff afterwards, probably try to play 6 tables including the heads up. The structures everywhere are so amazing that late registering is completely OK. If I bust the HU unluckily though I don't want to have a bunch of tables up and making emotional decisions, so I'll simply not register till the break then meditate a little bit and regroup and reregister. If I win the HU game quickly (luxury problem) will have to remind myself to not register for stuff and avoid the temptation.
Anyway, time for a good sleep now, big day tomorrow, big lunch, big gym session, big spa session and be ready for 8pm to rock and roll.
Good luck everybody taking shots tomorrow, lets run gooooooooooooooood.

Bloody Nora, the mind truly boggles......
Party $5200
Party $2600
Party $1050
888 $1050
Stars $2100
Stars $1000
Stars $1000
Stars $10,000
.FR $2200
GL Patrick.
You'll be investing $26,000 & realistically hoping for a 6 figure payday, I'll be investing £150 & realistically hoping to make £30 profit. Weird thing is, we'll both get the same amount of enjoyment/disappoint.
Great game, this poker.

Good luck today Pads. Isn't the best plan to just can the heads up. Multitabling heads up with full ring/6 Max at hold em used to always cause me issues with both games. Weirdly it feels easier with O8, though my heads up results suggest otherwise.
It just feels a step too far in that you'll be playing all the specialists so you need to be on your A game a the time, which feels difficult if you have lots of non heads up games running.

Hey Tikay
Sick thing is most of then are reentries and will be another 25-30 Sunday "regular" $200+ tournaments and then 60 horses who hopefully don't send me broke! It's a stressful day for sure, forget $100,000 I'll take break even and a solid game of thrones stream!

Yeah it's a tough one, I think I'll stick to 6 tables, anything more would be abit too much.

jesus, had the best opponent in the tournament for sure, he decided to play lots of other tables as well and he played 38% vpip, got all the money in on QT4 with QT vs KK and he gets the QT49J run out.
Nevermind, very happy that I prepared super well and only had 2 tables open, I think I win that match over 75% of the time, we had a great great spot, but never mind. Lots more to play today.
