I am a donkey, a complete spew master. 28k at the end of 50-100, and I more or less blew the lot, mainly with 56hh on a 5 high flop, v a rock. Must remember never to take a dislike to someone at a poker table again. It's so -EV.
Made some bizarre plays tonight, don't know why, but I did. Made one good one I thought thought, when I bet flopped trips, bet turned Quad's, and got reraised, then check raised the river, and the guy shoved all in
Plenty of history between the two of us, so, to be fair, he prob thought his house was winning. That was as good as it got for me though, I donked out soon after.
Up to DTD tomorrow, and I have the stupidness out of my system, I have a good feeling for once, have had it all week. Hope it's not misplaced.
Haven't booked a hotel, hope I'm driving round at 2am tomorrow looking for one, with a nice chip stack to go back to on sunday.
Good luck me.

Had dinner with my dad tonight, he had the hump with my sister, because she didn't come and take him out to the shops as planned, and he had stuff he needed to sort. She is quite useless at times.
He ended up walking to the shops, which in a way is good, but whether he is fit enough to do it is another matter.
So, he phoned me up today, and asked me to book him a flight to Malta next week, as he has some stuff to sort out over there, so I did, and he is off again. Could only get him a night flight, but he was happy enough with that.
I'll go and see him in the morning, take him to the cemetery, and then watch the Celtic game, before heading off to Nottingham.

yeah that hand was pretty lol. tbf tho you had decent equity against anything....glad that you got a chunk on cash tho. yeah that guy is such a rock. played with him last week he only played AA when he limped UTG with 9bb for the traps.
just did a deal and took £900 when 7 handed. think I coulda pushed for more, I had the chip lead (only slight 140k 2nd had 120k and blinds were 2k/4k/400r IIRC) and tbf there were a couple of real bad players there who were doing such lol things on the FT. oh well was pretty tired and turned £110 into just shy of a bag so can't complain really, and all it woulda took it to lose 1/2 flips and I coulda left with a couple of hundred quid. so yeah decent result and only my second ever cash at Luton in tournie.
good luck at DTD. i'd be tempted to join but stuff to do today

Why chop 7 handed here ? presume 1 or 2 <10 bb stacks plus some real bad players = great spot.

Ha, It's all true, I think.
Wouldn't like to see this happen believe it or not. And doubt very much it ever will.
I remember bandit telling me a story about the debt, and some conspiracy or investigation by a journalist, that uncovered some sort of dodgyness going on. Can't remember the exact details though.
But if bandit says it's true, then it's def true.
I'd love to see them go busto, nothing would please me more.
I don't buy into that Celtic need Rangers lark either.

Ur a clown though. Celtic would be fucked within 10 years if Rangers went busto. Most of the fun of being an old firm fan is the rivalry, without that rivalry ur just playing in Scottish football every week.
Its irrelevant anyway, Rangers will never go busto

Well played Ryan.....I put approx chip stacks and payouts into an ICM model and it shows that the deal of £900, £800, £800 and 4 x £600 was pretty fair. You could probably have got £1,000 - I was certainly happy with my £600.

Yeah if you feel its more fair you can always ship me the £86 :p
tbh tho was happy to have it over. could have seen it going on for a long while considering we were 7 handed for an hour and a half or so.
